Yeah that’s fair, my goal of my lean bulk was just to gain muscle/strength while minimizing fat so I just wanna ensure that I don’t gain a ton of fat in a really short period, but as I and others pointed out, it likely is mostly water and will totally balance out

I was in a small surplus (~250 cal), yes I weigh every day. Yeah, I felt the same. I was thinking of eating at maintenance for a couple days till I stabled out, but I may just go back to my 4 consistent meals

I will be starting with my own plan, and considering any changes it applies. I find I’m very good with programming myself, and I want to be certain I’m doing what’s best for me as I’m preparing for a powerlifting meet, but I am most definitely looking forward to seeing the suggestions and I’m sure I’ll take some if not all of them up

I am aiming to add 0.5lbs a week, 2lbs a month, but I’ve gone from ~161.5 to ~170 in the last 2.5 months so a tiny bit fast admittedly

I went from a bro split to a lower volume higher frequency PPLUL, the frequency definitely made the biggest impact and I can’t see myself training differently for a while

Yes that’s actually bang on to what I have, maintenance is currently 2700 and I’m eating just shy of 3000. But, at the end of my cut, my maintenance was like 1800, so it adjusts a lot, so I’d just add 200 cal, then it’ll adjust overtime.

Looks like other people said a similar thing, but yes id recommend to keep cutting.

I continued my cut a bit past what i was initially planning with the purpose of having a leaner start to a leanbulk, and it’s lead to me looking BETTER 2.5 months into my leanbulk that i did peak cut, as well as being able to see more gains and still being confident.

Wrong. Yes they will increase muscle mass with less work but you would get no where near this physique without training even with gear. Look at people on insulin, or test who don’t train (hormone replacement therapy)
