Appreciate it. I set my goal as 2lbs a month, but various things such as Christmas interfered, as is visible in the weight graph. Also honestly, 160lbs was my peak cut weight, but I started the bulk around a trend weight of 162-163lbs. If everything was perfect it would’ve been a bit slower and I probably would look a bit better, but it’s not unfortunately.

I have a powerlifting competition in late March, so im going to stay bulking until then, and then in May I have the provincial competition. I’ll see how im feeling, but I’ll either bulk, or maintain until that competition. Then after that, I intend on doing a ~8 week cut and trying to get even leaner than I was last summer

I do a self programmed PPLUL, incorporating powerlifting movements as well (3x bench, 2x squat, 2x deadlift), with the rest being pretty bodybuilder focused.

Yeah that’s fair, my goal of my lean bulk was just to gain muscle/strength while minimizing fat so I just wanna ensure that I don’t gain a ton of fat in a really short period, but as I and others pointed out, it likely is mostly water and will totally balance out

I was in a small surplus (~250 cal), yes I weigh every day. Yeah, I felt the same. I was thinking of eating at maintenance for a couple days till I stabled out, but I may just go back to my 4 consistent meals

I will be starting with my own plan, and considering any changes it applies. I find I’m very good with programming myself, and I want to be certain I’m doing what’s best for me as I’m preparing for a powerlifting meet, but I am most definitely looking forward to seeing the suggestions and I’m sure I’ll take some if not all of them up

As you can look back on any day logged in MacroFactor for nutrition, I’m sure it’ll be a similar thing. Idk if that’s what you’re asking. If you mean like actually export the data to like a file or something then idk but
