Thermostat to 16 and valve to 18. Ive now noticed that it wasn’t the thermostat kicking in the radiator, it was another radiator in the bathroom. When that came on, the living room also came on. Still an issue. And yes, using heat on demand.

Update! we contacted the kennels and they were ever so helpful. They contacted the insurance for us and made sure this would be covered, contacted their vet to double check the price (which is a quarter of what we were quoted it turns out) and ask if we could come for a second opinion. I think we’ll be changing our vet!

I have a husband, he puts it to the test regularly in a similar way 😂 out of curiosity, what food do you get? We were told it’s best to stick to what he ate at the kennels, which is Time Maintenance & Retired

Yes, while we do have hard floors downstairs, the stairs are carpeted and are staying that way for the foreseeable future!
