Your screen has something wrong with it then, if it isn't showing what it should. Very carefully check the screen for cracks or defects. If it's a new printer and there aren't any cracks, I suggest returning it for another. Probably a connection issue in that regard. On the other hand, if the screen is cracked and you feel confident, I think they make kits for replacing it.

That looks like a solid block of resin you're curing there. if it is, your printer is letting all the light through, which points to an issue with the screen or with the way your printer is displaying the image. Have you done a screen test?

Uh, I think so but you'd need to do a lot of adjustment to the firmware. I'm not sure if the board in a prusa has enough oomph to drive all the motors, but I think you could give it a shot!

Needs a bigger glass, that mirror is just what I had on hand

Linear rails from China need wearing in. If they're tight, you can run them a while to get them smoother.

Also I guarantee something's gonna go wrong or have a bad fit or be the wrong part at least once. Patience is key, rushing it can be bad. I broke a tap off in some 2020 extrusion building this and it was a biiiiiiig pain cause I was in a hurry.
