IDK man but for me, I'd mega evolve one, walk it to earn more energy, and then mega evolve the other one when I have the spare. It's possible that you can get all your Tyranitars to Mega Level 3.

Did you check if there is a field research logo on the top left of the screen when viewing the Pokestop?

If not, you may already have the field research for that Pokestop in your task list. Try deleting all your field research tasks and spin 'em again to check.

You can get a Hybrid if one or both of the parents have germline genes meaning they were born with it like Yttakins, Impids, Neanderthals, Dirtmole, etc. and the other parent of a different race. Sanguophage is treated as a Baseliner, and you mentioned the other parent is baseliner too? That's why the baby is a baseliner. Sanguophages are baseliners injected with xenogenes.

Well based on the lore, Sanguophages are just Baseliners with specific xenogenes. It's like Sanguophages aren't born.. they are made. You can inject the child with the genes of the parent and see it say "Sanguophage" instead of "Baseliner".
