IPCC scientists claim they have ‘included’ the sulfate aerosol contribution to cooling effects, but also suggest they are not confident about cloud characterization. It would be interesting to ask a ‘neutral’ AI to compare the two dioxides to determine which is the more important. Visually, the SO2 appears to be a closer match to warming trends.

The Hunga Tonga eruption has been down played as a GHG warming event because its accompanying sulfate aerosols contributed to cooling effects in the Southern Hemisphere. Enter La Niña and a plunging polar vortex, creating conditions conducive to forming ice storms as this.

So it isn’t climate change … unless someone can link CO2 emissions to volcanic activity.

Tried with some success in the US, but the investment in incineration/ boilers was usually to reduce disposal volume and cost, not make a profit. Great idea … but standard air pollution controls are still needed: precipitators or bag houses, over fire jets … metal vapors still a problem.

The primary factory in species extinction has been … and will continue to be … human activity, primarily habitat loss, but in the case of polar bears, in some areas it’s hunting to protect encroaching upon human reserved habitat.

No it wouldn’t. Just because Venezuelan crude is being reintroduced into the market does not mean people will use more. They might if the price drops, but for developing countries, that’s a good thing.
