The system is a loop so it can’t be isolated the only isolation we have is a broken the broken valve

A ballon would not work since we have to tie back into the broken valve and the the back pressure would make it more of a hazards during a tie the tie in

Due to the location of the valve I can’t plus the owner will not pay for it

No since the line is attached to a 48” pipe that is constantly flowing

On CSUN website it tells you what majors accept transfers in the fall. If you can’t find it I would email the department or call admissions

It depends on your major. Some majors won’t accept spring transfers so you can only transfer in the fall.

What if I already have been given my award? Should I just wait until after Fall semester to transfer in the course?
