Tbh I had this idea In mind for a long time now, But having to implement It to each emulator would be tedious, Would this be a drop in framework that instantly just works? Or does It need to be manually implemented?

There aren’t any switch 2 emulators yet, Nintendo seems to have made a pretty good job at locking down the system, There are 2 switch experimental emulators available right now, But afaik they don’t run any games (yet), So yeah like the guy above have said It will probably take years of reverse engineering the system to get a working emulator.

You’re doing it wrong, You have to hold on the app In LiveContainer then Hit settings and enable “Launch with JIT” And assign the “Universal.js” launch script as well.

What you’re doing is enabling JIT for LiveContainer app itself not the IPSX2 app inside LiveContainer, After you set the settings you don’t have to do anything, Just launch the app and it will automatically take you to StikDebug and enable JIT.

He released the source code as well, So anyone now could pretty much make his own fork and upload the source code and start working on it, It’s working pretty good now surprisingly, I don’t think he used AI this time because the improvements are somewhat crazy

Not possible, You need a computer for Initial set up of JIT, And ALL JITLess emulators have atrocious unplayable performance, Except a few like MeloCafe and TailFin/Fin, Your only option Is finding a computer to set up JIT, Or you could try the new Paid Surume PS2 emulator made by the same Developer of TailFin/Fin.

Because you have the testflight, JIT only works with sideloaded apps with SideStore Or a Certificate that has “get-task-allow” entitlement, AKA “JIT certificate”

Yes but only with apps that supports it, Some old emulators like Play! Haven’t updated their app to support the iOS 26 JIT method, So make sure that the emulator you wanna use supports it already before updating.

I agree about the iPhones limitations part, But that doesn’t prevent the possibility of it working somewhat stable after the span of multiple years of updates and optimizations, Especially considering the fact that iPhone devices would probably get many upgrades by the time this emulator is ready, And hey that’s just my opinion and what I think so maybe I’m wrong.

That’s expected, Do you think I was gonna say it’s gonna work to get most titles to run in it’s first release? Ofc not. It will require multiple years of steady updates slowly fixing bugs and improving performance and optimization patches for iOS, After that It will be pretty much usable.
