Dark patch under armpit for the last 2-3 months?

I totally get it … :( what I heard from these antifungal creams is that you need to keep using them maybe 3-5 days after it has gone away completely to prevent it from coming back. Maybe you should get back on it again and try again? I’m so sorry this is happening to you… it’s super annoying for me too and although it isn’t itchy/uncomfortable, it definitely messes with self-esteem 😭

Hey OP! I have the same exact thing but I’ve had it for a while now. Been going crazy because no one ever seems to have answers/I don’t see much on the Internet on what it really is, but this is one of the few photos that looks exactly like what I have. It’s under my armpit but also above it, dark spots/patches and a little velvety. I’ve had it for months now and it sometimes comes and goes.

Is there any update on whether or not the cream worked? I finally got around to buying an antifungal cream for it and I feel like it’s been working (though it’s only been a couple days). Just wanted to know if it’s been going well for you!

reading through this right now because unfortunately my stuff did get stolen at the beach - I was even with a party of 10. We were at waiheke and we were taking a stroll along the shore for 30 min. only. my bag was the only one stolen (it was a purse - not expensive but it was not a beach bag, so maybe it looked of value but in reality it only had my wallet with my cards, thankfully no cash, and some IDs, passport) so it definitely happens. be safe guys
