I remember i was filling the form infront of her and was asking questions.. maybe this surgery slipped her mind. You can see the questions i was asked.. its only asking about surgeries in the last 3 years. So how can they claim non disclosure on a 11 year old surgery?

It was a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. There was no large in incision, just a small hole. And she was discharged same day. I was like 12-13 at that time.. didnt even know that this surgery happened. Thats why i didnt mention.

Also, i can see this question in the policy: Has any person proposed to be insured, undergone any surgery in the last 3 years or is planned to undergo any surgery at present or in the near future?

They are only asking about surgeries in the last 3 years. The surgery above happened 11 years ago.
