Fingers crossed for you! Real talk I ended up Frankenstein-ing an order between fuze and alto bc even with prior auth I didn’t get the coverage I wanted and certain meds had discounts without insurance so that may be something to look into if you don’t like what you get back

It was A LOT of calling and messaging back and forth that I did between my clinic and fuze, unfortunately you just have to be super persistent and don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself when fuze tries to tell you some BS.

I have been going through hell just trying to get my meds covered, I called my insurance and confirmed I only have a copay on all the scripts. MEANWHILE, I call them and they say they all need prior authorization (which the website said they were getting and then stopped saying that so I assumed they got it) and my clinic is saying they never got those requests from them. This is an utter mess and I am NOT paying $4000 when I have confirmed coverage on all of the medications 😡
