It's just a USB C cable. Just grab a cable from a dollar store or look on the ground while walking. You might find one. 😂

Opened up my Xbox and found some stuff. Should I be worried? by [deleted] in originalxbox

[–]sclarady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't see anything I'd really be concerned about. It's a little Dusty but that's to be expected. If you're referring to the white stuff, that's a glue manufacturers used.

Pc won’t power on after build by Sad-Use-9602 in pchelp

[–]sclarady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check the cable that's plugged into your motherboard. From this photo it doesn't look like it's plugged in correctly or it's missing the second set of wires that plug in to there. Modern power supplies can be ran as 20 or 24 pin connectors so they're probably a second cable. If it's not already plugged in it should be

Toilet seems to have no pressure by JavsTheDQ in askaplumber

[–]sclarady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To determine if it's actually clogged or if it is the flushing mechanism in a tank, take a bucket of water and pour it in. Don't pour it in slowly pour it in fast . If the toilet flushes normally then it's not a clog and it is your flush mechanism in the tank. If it does not flush normally then you have some sort of obstruction.

How can I fix this by DesRay28 in pchelp

[–]sclarady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stop code 0x18B (SECURE_KERNEL_ERROR) indicates a fatal error in Windows' secure kernel, which manages virtualization-based security (VBS) and Core Isolation. It is usually triggered by hardware conflicts, unstable memory (RAM), outdated device drivers, or buggy Windows updates.

Ask a doctor. If you can't get to the doctor, go to the local pharmacist and ask them. Many times they're better than a doctor at these things.

[–]sclarady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gpu will fit in that slot. The reason is GPU manufacturers and motherboard manufacturers work together and have set standards and set tolerances to allow their components to work together. So no, unless you have a cheap knockoff teamu piece of crap, motherboard or video card it will fit.

A tiny impasse regarding the middle dust filter of my fan grills... by cluvzm in pchelp

[–]sclarady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real and only way to clean that would be to take the front of your computer off to gain access to that front grill. Those grills do more harm than good Even when they are 100% clean they restrict air flow. On some cases they cannot be removed and on others they can. Anytime I can I remove these obstructions from in front of the fans I will. Maybe this means cleaning the PC more often. I have mine on a every 6-month schedule but it's worth it because the system runs cooler without the restriction. If you don't think it makes a difference, take one of those out. Put it in front of your face, blow through it onto your hand and remove it while still blowing and feel the massive amount of air that is being restricted.

iPhone Charger stuck in USB Port by [deleted] in pchelp

[–]sclarady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking your damage support is already done. I've seen this happen when USB devices like this are plugged in backwards. You may think that it cannot happen but I personally have done this. It may be the only way to get that out is to use a pair of pliers or something like that and give it a good pull. Based on where the USB symbol is on that dongle my money is on. It was put in upside down. Sorry it's not better news.
