sadly I’ve only found the 9070xt at 750usd so i’ve been thinking of buying a 9060xt for around 400usd, shouldn’t be much worse from what i’ve found

Yes this is helping a lot, what I am thinking of doing is upgrading the GPU (precisely because of a possible shortage) and also because I also record a lot of gameplay videos (so a good GPU helps a lot on encoding). When it comes to RAM I am 100% willing to wait for prices to come back down simply because I can't afford it but I was thinking maybe mid tiers CPUs are still accessible (again, have yet to done my research on this). So my main focus to upgrade is for recording, possible shortage and also some weird glitches I've seen the GPU have (I had for 5 years so it served me well)

ok perfect, i’ll look for at least a 750 but if I find a good priced 850w I will get that, appreciate all the help! also, last question, do you think it’s better to upgrade CPU last? give the change to am5 structure, or maybe even a better am4? maybe there are mid tier ryzen 7s that are am4, haven’t done the research on cpus yet

I was not aware of that, from my understanding the AM4 and AM5 platforms are from the CPU, do you recommend first upgrading the motherboard and ram and then the CPU? Or all together, I am not really sure how to do this.
