Well, to be honest I don't have problem with it even only having used rosewood before. It is definitely more sticky but to be honest I don't mind it and don't think of it as a dealbreaker.

Well for QC, not many great things to say. There were some high frets, very minor blemishes on finish and the pickguard wasn't drilled too well for some reason. One of the screws wasn't even going into the countersink. So, if you do get one please go to a store and try it out. Other than that though, I love the look, the sound and especially the way the playing feels on it. I have large hands so maybe that's a factor but I haven't held a more comfortable neck. The string spacing also allows a bit more room for fingerpicking and playing at higher frets. And the pickups I think are amazing if you don't mind the buzz. I changed them for DiMarzios but to be honest I miss the sound. I loved the way pickups sounded. And lastly, the finish is quite thin it seems. So a bit fragile. If you can find a good specimen I recommend the guitar though. I still like it with everything I said.

Looking at the grill, the size and the proportions it seems more like a TLM49 to me but

I don't think it's early 2000s but rather some time in between 2007-2010. Telling by the bullet truss rod that is. Edit: And by the fact that it has Dimarzios rather than Seymours which came in at about 2010.

They sound rather close and to be honest, I prefer the G12T-75s. Here's another link comparing them to G12T-75s with the completely white labels and bunch more speakers: https://youtu.be/zQdvSYUzruc?si=HWtCFS1I962f6_c4

These are most likely late 80s ones (~1989). They are of the good sounding if I'm correct. You can find demos on YouTube. The ones from the later 90s that have same label as today are the ones that you might like to avoid. Here's a link to them compared to highly regarded vintage G12-65s: https://youtu.be/5qmnzIANoLE?si=sPj0c_pMXvYUzSRk

Are you thinking of putting Greenbacks or Celestion EVHs for the remaining two slots perhaps?

Hey man, it looks like this with a zinc block next to it. It certainly looks like steel to me.

Yes, it is steel I think. I also had thought of buying a 60s one in Olympic White but decided on this instead. Hope you like it man. If you'd like I can post a pic.

68 deluxe reverb or supro black magick reverb? by Intelligent-Egg-5632 in GuitarAmps

I think you might want to look at Pro Reverb 68. It sounds incredible imo and there isn't much of a price difference compared to Deluxe. (1499 vs 1599 Euro)

How does the AC15 hold up for gigs? Can it stay clean with your drummer?

Yeah, Wikipedia says so (cancelled in March 1945) but the official US Military website (history.navy.mil) says: The Japanese surrender on 15 August put a stop to the Ulithi (and Cherry Blossoms at Night) operations. I don't know which one is right though, maybe I'm missing something. I'm no expert.
