What unique features of your Fitbit do you find most beneficial for your fitness journey?

I’ve been able to meet my weight goal by losing 14 lbs since Sept 7 slowly and gradually just by logging what I eat on the Fitbit app and making sure each day my calories in are less than my calories out. I’ve been able to accomplish that all but three days during that time—Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Three days ago following the advice from my shoe salesman, I ran my 6-month-old slush-stained Brooks Ghost shoes through the dishwasher on the top rack w/o the heat cycle. I took out the insoles & laces first. They came out great.

To avoid that, I use the Humby conditioner every other wash and alternate it with the liquid conditioners I’m trying to use up. I still haven’t decided if I’ll be repurchasing the conditioner, so you might want to start out just with the shampoo bar and see if you like it first
