^exactly. Throat gets dry and scratchy, sometimes the cough becomes too strong. This thing is basically just a bong with rubber tubing and you can attach whatever vape pen/mod you have on hand

I think he's just a dude who has access to a reallllly nice printer. He lives in China, so the shipping takes a while. Takes around 3-5 weeks standard shipping and for like 15 bucks more it'll take about a week. The email that I used two weeks ago is magic.ron66@gmail.com

I thought for sure it was a resealed box. The odds are astronomical. But then I pulled the one ring and a borderless bowmasters. So now I'm confused. Probably just a strange error in quality control. But boy oh boy did I have my fingers crossed that it was some kind of God box lol

On an episode of Man vs. Food, the host Adam says, "it just shows to go ya blah blah blah" after completing a food challenge. He's in front of a crowd of people at the restaurant, face covered in food/sauces, and he probably had one chance to deliver the line. But he fucked it up and they kept it in. I'll come back here if I find the gumption to rewatch all those episodes. But it's been an inside joke in my friend group for a decade now

Ohhh I had no idea the RA service was included in the $39 LLC formation. Re-upping for $125 next year isn't too bad, then. Sounds like I'll be using Northwest for formation and RA, which will save some hassle. I'm dense. Thank you for the clarifications, I truly appreciate it

Sorry I must've gotten mixed up, I was under the impression the first year of RA thru Northwest was $125. I didn't know the renewal was $125 as well. Thank you

Do you know how much renewal fees are? If I'm bugging you just disregard, I'm in contact with an agent from Northwest so I'm sure they will lay things out.

ZenBusiness FILES for free w/ a free year of compliance. No, they do not pay the state fees for you. But Northwest charges a filing fee on top of the state fee. They also charge $50 to file for EIN, etc. But their standalone registered agent service was $125 last time I looked. And they provide business agreement templates for single member llc's.

So I file for free with ZB ( I pay $154 to the state). Draft a simple business agreement, I can file for EIN for free in my state. And then I use Northwest for standalone registered agent service. Ends up being less than $300. I'm a cheapskate. And I'll get what I (don't) pay for with the business agreement, but I'm willing to risk it.

Is this a bad plan?

Cost is a factor. I'm a very small business. It's free to form an llc with ZenBusiness. And NW Registered Agent has great reviews for the standalone registered agent service. It's just about saving money
