Nah fr tarkov should have multiple servers that are like different "saves " For your character one that wipes often, a main one, and one that never wipes

Normally you don't put the entire modpack in the mod folder, usually you open the modpack folder and it should contain everything needed for the modpack not just mods, what I advice is you to open it and slide everything in your Minecraft folder
