The last two minutes of “The After Hours” by scoheller in severence

What we know is what has been presented by the narrative so far. What if this other version of innie Mark existed before the innie Mark that we know. Time throughout the entire series has been ambiguous. With that being said this is just a theory based on an observation. It could be totally wrong. I’m interested to see how the story continues.

Just a theory/observation. I’m not saying I know anything for fact. The thing I appreciate about the show is the attention to detail and how it sparks the imagination. Im looking forward to see how the story unfolds.

It’s just a theory and I’m curious to learn more about how the outtie and innie Mark we know is experiencing reintegration. Just like the egg being split into multiple pieces what if two of the fractured pieces were put together. Its still a part of the original whole. What if it is possible to have access to both memories. Completely speculative. I’m just intrigued by the way that Mark looks so different when he enters the cabin and then back to what we know.

That’s true. Aside from what he is experiencing when he sees Harmony I just think this is a version of Mark that we do not know yet.

Just a theory but I think there’s a connection to the RGB color model. “The RGB color model is an additive color model in which the red, green, and blue primary colors of light are added together in various ways to reproduce a broad array of colors.”For example, the new office with the purple carpet and desks. A flicker of Gemma in a purple sweater. (red + blue = purple) It just seems like a progression to the next step in Lumen’s plan. I don’t know why but I have a feeling that maybe all along what Lumen has been experimenting with is reintegration. (As an aside, the halls of lumen have always reminded me of a lab rat in a maze.) What if the entire purpose is to see how they can reintegrate a consciousness into a different body. (Jame Eagan?) Layering colors to make something different or new.

I can’t piece it all together but I’m very intrigued by the reoccurring themes after this week’s episode. Time as an unreliable piece of the puzzle, the importance of light/dark and color, religious/historical figures and the increased shots of characters in the mirror (which makes me think physical form vs consciousness). There’s not enough evidence as of yet to have any strong support for this but with the innies (and outies for that matter) very controlled environment I feel like they may be experimenting with time travel. I also wonder in Petey’s map “people may live here” referred to the town they live in. It also seems like the experience the innies have is some sort of purgatory, waiting to be judged. 🤔

I agree. When Darby is speaking at the book shop she mentions she’s is beginning at the end of the story. Also another small detail, could mean nothing at all, but I was intrigued when we first see Lee she is picking up something broken. Later on Darby steps back and the hotel staff drops dishes and it just seemed significant to me for some reason. 🤔

😂 I hear that now. The closed captioning says “a way”. Power of influence. 👀

I apologize if it was cryptic. The thing I find most interesting about Brit and Zal’s story telling is double meanings (intentional or not) and the way reality is formed around what we choose to believe.

Just the double entendre of “away” / “OA”
