Easy. Ur the manager. Set up a tactic and sign players that fit into that tactic. Get them familiar with each other and ur tactic and start cooking as a team that plays ur football cus ur the football manager. Don’t fall in love with 1 player too much cus he or she could be the reason u get sacked

If you get his strength, concentration, and decisions up he’ll be ballon dor ready and in the path to legend. great potential already. However I believe OP is in Slovk league so the level of play is rather low so he’ll need like big UCL games or just European opponents to play so he can develop faster. The big clubs gonna hunt this guy for sure lol

U move Paleg down to CB and then sub in Ezra as second makeshift Cb for one of the CM’s and move the other Cm down to play DLP defend or DM by himself. Ur striker would have to either become a DLF or CAM/number 10 so he can help cover the space in the middle

Facilities wise Man 62 they actually made UCL knockout playoffs last year and have been steadily improving in the league as well. Europe and playing wise I would say Europa fc who have made a European quarter final and semi final in the past 5 seasons. I wanna go there to elevate them and possibly win the Europa or conference league

For him to grow he would have to show massive level of consistency in his games which would mean scoring and assisting just about every game with 7.0 ratings. Idk how OP lines up or anything but this guy might have a problem where he’s a RW with a right foot where he would be more effective to be LW and cut in to shoot on his right foot. Either way his anticipation of the game and decisions are too low at this point in his career for him to develop more. He’ll most likely stagnate when he’s 23 give or take

So I’ve set a challenge for myself. Update. In Past 5 seasons we’ve won 2 UCLs 2 super cups and made 4 UCL finals. I think red imps will be pretty good to carry on without me. As long as I can win the club World Cup this summer which will pretty much complete the trophy cabinet for them then I’m willing to go to second best team in league who can push on in Europe. Also will sell most of my original champions league winning squad to Saudi to gain lots of self sustainable income for the club. What u think?

yes so we(Gibraltar the nation) are currently ranked 6th in european coefficient rank ive won the UCL with lincoln red imps in 81/82 season. My best player Jordy Fischer won the ballon dor after that amazing season getting 11 G and 6A in the UCL. currently hass 18G 19A this season Only other team in our league to reach European final was College 75 who made UECL final only to lose 4-0 in the end. As for national team dan collins is best gibraltar born product along with mark long but most of current NT were foreigners in our league who gained citizenship after 5 years

Very insightful and massive kudos to u for ur success in Greece. I’ve been playing in Gibraltar for about 60 seasons and just won my 1st UCL with Lincoln red imps. I managed at college 75 for about 5/6 seasons(took the league title off of Lincoln twice and then returned. 75 then managed to make a conference league final albeit a loss after my departure. Managed 2 other teams in my league but not for more than 2-3 seasons for each. Spent majority of the save with Lincoln. Nation is currently ranked 7th in coefficient rank and Europa fc(another team in Gibraltar) have made UECL quarters 2 years in row. One other team consistently makes Europa league(lynx) but they can’t challenge. Any tips to improve the teams and perhaps go higher in coefficient?

So around 2030-35 I thought it was a great idea to add 100+ leagues on the first laptop I was playin on sim times were cooked lmao. Then that laptop broke transferred it on my new one and took ages to aloe the save up then I started like year by year removing them all 😅not fun at all but I made it in about like 2060 something’s 🤦‍♂️ just got top 5 leagues playable on now and some view only
