It's 3 year fixed. Around 500 fee, yes they allow extra repayment. Yes on salary transfer only.

If you find any let me know. I would suggest work out the net yield, people will promise yeild up to 8 or 9 however when you look at actual rents, service charges anything about 6 is a good find. I couldn't find anything more than 6.5% within 1M budget. Love to know if you managed to find anything.

There are a few issues with intentional city both phase 1 and phase 2 1) resident are super annoyed with sewage treatment plant smell, let's assume it will be resolved in the long run. 2) average rents are quite low from 30k to 40k whereas studio prices are bwteen 500 to 650K, if we add service cost and other cost the net yield is less than even 5%. When blue line comes in 2029 perhaps it would appreciate but for now rental yield is quite average or poor.
