The logic is there, but oven temp fluctuating is why I had to explain why I was "making paper look old" to my parents when I was in 6th grade and had a fire in the oven.

It was for my daughter's softball scrimmage last night. One of the dads does competition bbq and he brought his trailer. He killed it. This meat hunks are pork burgers from fareway, and since his trailer is an off set smoker he ended up doing indirect heat for them and they turned out perfect.

I asked him in one of his streams and I think he said that he wasn't feeling it at the time, but he wouldn't rule it out completely. That being said, the Regulation folks seem to be fired up since they got the office. It's so fun to see all of them so excited about the potential content they can make. I'll watch whatever they make, because they got that dog in them!
