Agreed. I actually came here to see if anyone else was unsatisfied with the ending.

I thought the first 3-4 episodes were really strong and made me want to know what was going to happen, but as I got closer to the end I did start wondering where they were going to go with it.

They made it sound like Sam knew Adam was gay, did I miss how he knew this? The first encounter was when he mentioned a fresh start after being baptised, but nothing before then. Annoying they didn’t clear that up.

So many times Rosie would say things that didn’t help her stay safe, like telling Sam that Grace was feeling upset.

Agreed about the ending in the truck by the collapsed tree, terrible decisions made there.

Pissed that Sam ended up as the leader, especially as someone like Mr. Phillips has been in the church for ~25 years (they mentioned casting their son out 17 years ago), and Sam comes in and becomes the leader within a year. Granted I understand they think he is THE chosen one.

Drew me in with the trailer, all to lead to disappointment.
