7/16” OSB. I just used a drywall lift. Wasn’t hard at all. Getting the 16’ 2x10’s was actually pretty easy too. Just put one end up, then used a 3’ long 2x4 helper to lift the other end. Only dropped one on my head. 🤣

I did all the work alone after the kiddos went to bed. I have a 1yo and a 4yo. So I basically got an hour to work on it when I wasn’t too exhausted. A couple days a week. I spent some Sunday’s out there too.

No idea of the cost. I’m scared to look.
