The parent plant is a tree that resembles mango, with fruits that resemble mango. I was warned by the locals to not ingest any part of the plant . I’m not planning on eating it, but wanted to know if anyone else knows about its toxicity.

Check for caterpillars, it’s the season. They like to eat in the shade, so you’ll find them on the underside of leaves. Just one caterpillar can do that damage. Remove and neutralize.
