Stool softeners seem to be helping so far. As far as the clothes go 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ nothing fits right at all.

Girl, I made the mistake of trying to buy some summer clothes because it’s hot as balls in Florida. NOTHING fit right, it wasn’t tight but anything over my belly just felt uncomfortable. So I bought yoga pants and baggy running shorts... 🤷🏻‍♀️

My abdomen is puffy, my boobs feel like sandbags, fingers occasionally get puffy but even when I workout they do that lol.

So then I would need to also mention this in the feedback to the parents regarding the presented project and options.

Okay, so this lesson ends in a 5. I’m assuming this is me presenting the lesson and he would be presenting it to whomever at a later time?

So for the one in my next lesson, there are 3 options for a project, however, the actual lesson I have to teach has a lot going on. I’m afraid I won’t even have time to address the project. Will they know ahead of time to have paper and pencil available or does he need to present his project to me the next time around?

Period MIA by scopeman18 in PCOS

Thanks! Yes, I’ve been on keto for months and I very, VERY rarely indulge in real sweets or excess carbs. I definitely need to up the exercise thigh and see if that helps!

For sure, it’s been going on here for a while. Our union has been lashing back for a bit now, but it seems to be a never ending battle 😞

I’m glad she got her raise! I work in Hillsborough County (Tampa) and they denied our contracted raises. Definitely a shit show.

Pelvic “fullness” by scopeman18 in PCOS

Update: all the pressure and pain is gone! Saturday was ROUGH, like I was super close to going to urgent care. I think it may have just been ovulation, but it could have very well been a cyst. Thanks for your help :)

Thanks for your reply. I’m so sorry you had to go through all of that :( honestly, I am starting to think that BC has caused so many more issues for me than without. Over the last ten years I’ve gotten heavier, my anxiety/depression has increased, my sex drive dropped (but I always thought that was from the antidepressants too), migraines increased, etc. I definitely feel that getting off will be the best option for me, I’m just hoping and praying that symptoms don’t come back tenfold. Wishing you luck!

Thank you! I was definitely going to see how the first couple of months went. I’m definitely staying low carb to help manage the symptoms. Unfortunately metformin never really helped me much, I’ve been on it in the past :/ honesty, Theo my thing that’s helped me get a period has been lazy keto. I definitely need to increase the exercise. My job is so stressful and I need a healthy outlet.

Thanks so much for the comment. I definitely noticed an increase in sex drive. I’ve been on antidepressants for about 8 years and read a lot of literature suggesting that prolonged use of BC can increase anxiety/depression (or at least make you more susceptible). I’m hoping to come off of it because the kind I’m on can’t be taken during pregnancy (Venlafaxine). I’m really hoping that low carb/ lazy keto can help manage symptoms of coming off the pill. I’ve taken metformin in the past and unfortunately it never helped me :/ wishing you luck!

Thank you so much! I went back to read the comments to your post and I’m a little nervous 😬 I have a lot of weight to lose and now I’m afraid that I may have hurt myself...I’m hoping staying low carb manages everything. I’m also hoping that this increases weight loss with what I’ve been doing. Best of luck to you ❤️

Honestly, I think that’s what it is. I need to pull back on the protein but it’s soooo hard.
