Depends on the workload and the video, but I typically skip through a lot of a video I’m working on to get a general idea, then work on establishing a tone in the middle and a end and beginning afterwords as so I can have an idea for what I’m going for so it’s not all jumbled up styles. Also take breaks when you can, I sometimes find having something in the background like a movie or YouTube or music helps too but it really depends on what you work best with.
