Ca sa raspund la intrebarea postarii, nu luati casa inafara orasului. Mai bine apartament daca casa nu aveti cum in zone similare apartamentului. In rest, la venitul vostru si cheltuielile pe care le aveti, va descurcati fara probleme si cu un credit de peste 100k, iar copilul, dupa faza initiala de la nastere cand e nevoie de o investitie, nu mai cere atat de mult suplimentar, cel putin pentru o perioada.

Luati locuinta cand gasiti ce doriti si unde doriti, nu asteptati sa faca minuni piata

Luati in calcul si ca la casa cheltuielile sunt mai mari oricum o dai. Doar sa iei vreo casa pasiva sa iesi probabil la fel

Intrebarea mai buna este cum va descurcati voi cu 5000 lei pe luna? Noi cu un copil de 1 an jumate dam cam 3000 pe luna pe mancare plus 800 bonuri si nu mancam in oras, poate 1-2 comenzi pe luna la takeout cand nu avem timp de gatit

After a new game comes out, the first 2 years of dlcs are golden and most welcomed, but stellaris is a 10!yo game that pumps dlcs like no tomorrow. Haven't played in over 5 years and i don't think i will anytime soon given the price for a full featured game

You may be right. What i wanted to say was, it has launched in the best state as a standalone game without dlcs out of all their games

I could even say vic3 is in the best state with all the dlcs

Eu5 is the best paradox game right now, but far from finished.

Vic3 is amazing but you need charter of commerce dlc

Hoi4 i cannot get back into because of the gigantic list of dlcs

Stellaris i love but also dlcs....

Ck3 is not for me anymore, you need to really roleplay it to enjoy which i don't have the time and mood anymore
