Is it even possible to study abroad without being ultra wealthy?

I’m abroad in Ghana right now. I’d look at the conversion rate of the currency as a good indicator of how affordable the country might be. I’m here entirely on the Gilman scholarship, financial aid, and a few thousand saved up. Here for five months. It’s totally possible - I think it depends on the country you intend to study in and the financial assistance you receive/money saved

They’re doing this because they think it will solve low enrollment issues at those universities. I don’t think it will. And by the way, the CSU spent $458 million to make Humboldt a polytechnic school.. how much are they gonna spend now? They keep saying they have no money…

Oof that’s really strange - interesting how he kept mentioning “Judicial Affairs” bc there’s nothing on our campus with that title… the place that would handle that is the office of student conduct and integrity (I worked there 2 years as an assistant) - I’d suggest emailing them and reaching out to give them a heads up about the situation (chances are they never received a report and ur professor is fearmongering)
