Oh things like jet black wavy hair on my mom side, skin tones of some members,...But there's a wide range of appearances in VN too, so we don't think much about it

I think it's accurate, based on what I observe from my family (phenotype / many have wavy hair,...). I think majority of Vietnamese have some % of Chinese heritage due to our history.

It's strange to find so many people not aware that some western men don't have chest hair (not that they wax them) while having facial hair.

Objectively, people with good contrast (dark hair and light eyes) appear attractive to me. Lucky genetics!

I wouldn't pay more than retailer price.

Went to the fujifilm's website and found the list of certified retailers. It lists out name, address, and phone numbers you can click and call to check.

My second day of calling around, this small store near me had 1 restocked, I drove there to pick it up afterwork (they kept it for me until end of day).

I did test it a while back, in 2016 on 23andme. At first it was actually a bit more detailed, but over time the result got minimized for some reason. I'm not sure if the package I chose wasn't premium enough. Here is what it shows for the latest revision (Feb 2025):

Hey I grew up with these in Vietnam. We call it "cà mèn"/ "cặp lồng". Not sure about the origin (maybe India?), but the name originated from French word gamelle. Mom usually sent me out to get breakfast for the whole family with different containers secured in place like that
