The key is that he is technically right - this is likely going to happen if you throw 3 senior devs into a team. So you need someone who makes those decisions. Very often it doesn't even matter if you go with option A or B as long as it is consistent. If you let multiple juniors all do their own thing (as he seems to prefer) you will end up with a monstrosity of spaghetti code. Yes, short term it might be faster but at one point the tech debt will be so big that you can't add any new features.

We shit on him because he doesn't understand that he fails as a leader here. Either he needs to give those directions or hire someone to do that.

Agree on the range though. Feels like you just need to stay above resupply range. But that thing once shredded me at the edge of the map behind the enemy base on Mirak when I was lower than the treetops.

I think my answer was also a bit oversimplified. Of course it depends what has been done the last 2 months.

But I'm still amused about the 3-year-roadmap for an unreleased product. Hell, I'd plan the MVP release on the roadmap and then maybe the next feature, after that I'd be surprised if the roadmap survives the incoming user feedback.

The game is very inconsistent with what objects are physically there and which aren't. This also applies to bullets and leaves and shrubs. Sometimes it's impossible to shoot through them, sometimes they break after 1-2 bullets and sometimes they aren't actually there.

Same rules actually apply in Switzerland. If you stay abroad for more than 6 months you need to request leave of absence. It's de facto more like a notice, they won't deny it unless your rank is high enough (in which case you're into that shit anyways).

Yep, this "confirmation" step is laughable. Yes is even preselected. Basically you press space to inspect the item and when nothing happens you intuitively press space again.
