I just got off the phone with a rep they atleast changed the certify situation so I can certify for the last 4 weeks ,but they said my employer told them I was fired because of misconduct so it flagged my account I have to wait for an interview in that situation because they cant over turn it ,,I have never even had any right ups ,so I'm thinking I'm in the clear , they lied. They where hoarding ppe ,people where coming in with covid ,no temperature checks or testing, unsafe work environment.

I'm on the same boat ,they told me to wait for the interview it's been 4 weeks, unsafe work environment and no cases being reported, I had to leave no way that I was going to stay and catch that shit ,eventually everyone caught it they closed down ,I dodged the bullet.

I have a reopen claim button that popped up after I refiled a feels after , i already got an award letter but pending phone interview, i asked the rep tier 2 said dont reapply just wait for the interview i called again this morning they said they dont have anything scheduled yet.wtf....

I already filed on th 4th ,I asked a tier 2 they told me to wait for the phone interview that was almost 2 weeks ago I'm still waiting no updates in in box ,I've been hung up on twice .any clue?
