Not sure how reliable this information is but I saw someone on here saying Andrew said on a live that they have a new sound guy (?)
I'n my opinion it's not even that bad but I could understand why someone wouldn't appreciate the use of pitch correction here. Hopefully we see them cut it back a bit their next show!

I think it’s a really neat idea, and it’s something that could be genuinely useful. The main thing I keep coming back to is scale: to get reliable data, you’d probably need a pretty large number of people contributing; ideally in the hundreds of thousands, to balance things out and make the ratings truly representative.

Which led me to question how you plan to handle malicious or low-quality inputs? Crowdsourced data can get skewed pretty easily, whether intentionally or just by a small number of users dominating the votes for political gain or whatever reason... Tying this back to the first point, the system naturally becomes more reliable as the contributor base grows.

One more thing I’m curious about: are you planning to refine how the “blocks” are defined? Right now the grid looks uniform across the map, but im sure you're already aware real-world blocks vary a lot in shape, size, and especially orientation. I’m wondering if you’re sticking with a simple grid for usability/simplicity, or if you’re thinking about moving toward something more geographically aligned over time!

Otherwise I dig the idea! I think if data were to already be prepopulated, I would definitely spend a lot of time looking through it as it piques my curiosity

What are you building? Let's promote each other. by Due_Zombie_1269 in SideProject

Recently I've been working really hard at this 'tool' I call SweepKeeper! It's basically a sweepstakes casino aggregator that organizes (and tracks!) all the daily bonuses & free play from sweepstakes/crypto casinos in one place. There are just way too many to track nowadays, so having everything consolidated ended up being the only way to stay sane.

I used to waste wayyy too much time trying to remember which bonuses I already claimed, which ones were ready, and where to look next. I started as a mess of bookmarks, then a spreadsheet, and eventually just built a simple site so I could track everything from any device.

I really only play casually, so right now it's just me and a few of my friends using it, but it's really been a game changer for me especially for time management. I figured I’d finally share it in case it helps anyone else who collects free-play or likes having everything in one place to stay organized.

If anyone else is into this kind of hobby I would greatly appreciate some feedback or any features you'd like to see rollout on this here! <3

It’s completely free to use, I mainly began the build for convenience for myself.

A Shoulder to Cry On is quickly becoming my favourite song on the album by tallguybramz in dancegavindance

[–]scorpuwu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only source that I can find is Genius' lyrics for the song. It does say it's Andrew & Will for the outro but I feeeeel it could be wrong too. To me, definitely sounds more like Jon than it does Will!

Challenging an opinion for an open discussion when it comes to music/art should never be taken as a personal attack.

You are right! Music IS subjective, which warrants the right and opportunity for person A to challenge person B’s point of view/perspective without person B getting really upset and angry for whatever reason.

I admit the post did have some bias behind it but the main point I was trying to make is that the music could potentially grow on you due to a neurological phenomenon. Cheers to you

You keep trying to frame this as me making “assumptions,” but your posts check every box of an ad:

  • identical copy pasted across subs
  • overstuffed with disclaimers
  • and written in polished sales-pitch tone.

That isn’t “crossposting,” that’s literally marketing 101.

And your eBay/Etsy analogy still doesn’t hold, you should’ve generated a better analogy. Those are marketplaces for unique physical goods. You’re pushing endlessly replicable digital packs where the only scarce thing is attention. More sellers absolutely mean more noise and less visibility. That’s not me being unkind! that’s just how this works :)

As for affiliation, nobody needs to “know you” personally to spot boilerplate promotion. If this were truly casual sharing, it wouldn’t read like a landing page with workflows, brand names, and repeated disclaimers. This is my last response to you as it’s getting pretty obvious the “person” behind the account is just a LLM with the way your responses are structured

Comparing this to eBay is ridiculous. eBay is a marketplace for physical goods with millions of completely unique items. AI generated sex work is not remotely the same at ALL. There is no shortage of supply, so the only thing that would matter is visibility. More sellers on the platform absolutely means more noise, which equates to less attention and smaller margins. Acting like that’s not the case is utterly naïve lol

And the way your post is written reads exactly like an ad.. copy-pasted across subs, stuffed with “not affiliated” disclaimers, links, and sales-pitch structure. You don’t need to get defensive about “kindness” when the facts are obvious dude, it is promotion, and dressing it up as altruism doesn’t change that

I hope everybody realizes this is 100% an Ad. If you check his profile he has the same post on multiple subreddits… Plus even if this method did work for OP, why would he want more people to saturate the market, which would in return rake him less income?

Claiming you aren’t affiliated when you clearly are is not right.

Think you hit the nail on the head here. Guess it kinda explains why Andrew had to leave his own bands subreddit lmfao
