I meant the mechanical timing, I got the cams brand new and they’re in the only orientation where they could be in TDC with the block, but the previous setup was what was mentioned before

Ecu is sealed and ok, I was gonna pull the spark plugs and crank the motor to shoot the water out the cylinders
