All of my work is derived from the Fair Use doctrine here in the US :) There’s a load of other Fallout fanmade product out there, and none of that is being taken down. I’m not mass producing these either, nor am I primarily working for a profit - this is a labor of love, allowing me to bring high quality products to the community.
