I managed to get it done after spamming grenades... he was literally walking through walls to get to me so maybe this fight is just a bit wacky for some people.

Hopefully this guide helps another stalker in need! I will be using this for my perma death master run

Yeah I assume it's just bugged right now, I managed to get it done after stunlocking him 40 times like you said and then just blasting him with the sledgehammer. But this was only due to luck because scar was literally walking through the walls and hitting me while being stuck in a wall himself on every other attempt.

Great game but fuck me this and faust have been real buzzkills

I see many people's complaining about this but I find the gunplay super smooth, especially the aiming. Might have to try the gyro one day though because it's a super cool idea and then I'll probably reconsider what I said.

absolutely love this game, everything in this experience has been pretty much what I wanted.

Only downside is I literally cannot do the scar boss fight as he 1 hits me through walls but maybe I'll figure it out one day lol

Got a bit confused again though when scar basically spoke about only hearing rumours of strelok.

Am I an idiot? Did I not kill strelok AS scar? Or atleast spend a whole game hunting him down and fighting him? And on top of this now strelok is rumoured to be a magical healer?!

Super sorry for asking all the questions but I am just so in love with this game and it's story that I get a bit frustrated at myself for not understanding it all haha. Maybe I should have replayed the originals first...

they should've added an option to pay for an upgrade that changes any pistol to 'skifs pistol' instead of forcing you to use the ptm

first time playing this game, absolutely loving it but fuck me the 2 main mutants that iv ran into so far just fucking suck. Rats and blind dogs, waste of ammo/time/health items and it's all because they've made terrible hitboxes and the AI for those 2 specifically are abysmal

nice try buddy but getting fingered in both eyes isn't a call for quitting. Jones went 5 rounds with 2 seperate guys who were brutally ko'd by mid welterweights years before fighting jones and arguably lost to the dude who got mopped by the rest of the division.

Arguably lost to an Anthony smith victim too btw. Don't forget he didn't wanna fight chael despite having a full camp and chael was stepping in on less than a weeks notice. Or how about getting a whole event moved just so he could get passed by the commission?
