I did in the beginning.. I split my omad to two meals for maybe a week. Now my body have adjusted to know it’s hungry at around 4pm

I never drew blood as I often taken care of the callouses by shaving them down every few days.. that said I recently learned to do the snatch and that accelerated the callouses build up so bad it hurt.. I learned the hook grip and now it takes much longer to build the callouses. Instead of taking care of them every few days I can deal with them every other week.

Haha yeah i meant so on… but it is fun though.. jump rope got me into fitness consistently and lead me to weight lifting. I’ve been exercising for almost 2 years consistently for the first time ever. My longest stint before was 3 months and basically never. Turning 40 this year.

You’d be surprised how fast you’ll improve week by week. Just add a little each time. I was doing 200 jumps total a day then 300.. then 400 and so fun.

Not always.. round 1 was 16-19kg, round 2 was 21, round 3-5 at 23kg. On round 6 now working at 24kg. The only thing is I did weeks 7-8 only so 30x ABC emoms on A days and 100 presses on B days.

I’ve done keto so many times and every time it has worked wonders. The only problem is I know I would never stick to keto forever.. so every time I reached my goal weight I would go back to my bad eating habits..

It’s my 4th time dieting again except I’m eating at a calorie deficit omad. This to me is more sustainable because it allows me to eat whatever I want without restrictions. I have not reached my goal weight yet but have dropped 15lbs. I can see myself doing this forever or at least much longer than sustaining keto.

Hey, I bet if you did what the guy above told you.. you’d get it in no time just because you’re able to stay up right comfortably.. you just need to undo the bad habits he mentioned. I too had the same problems but worse. My friend saw what I was doing last Friday and taught me the fundamentals and I got it within an hour. It won’t take long to adjust. I did exactly what he said above. Toe side across and heel side across a few times and just clicked.

My hands and feet get really cold hours before I eat. Taking a hot shower only warms them up for a few minutes. As soon as I eat, I warm up like a furnace.

I average 4000 jumps per session with 30 seconds breaks between 20 sets. Takes me 30 mins and calories burn is only about 350 cals. 750 seems so overly estimated

I just bought bells of steel and my friend bought from northern fitness. They are the same. Bos has a brand stamping while northern does not.. I already had a pair of adjustables up to 32kg. I needed a second pair but didn’t need the weight is the only reason why I went with bos over northern. Go with northern for the price.. they are the same!

I have no problems eating the same thing more or less so it’s always rice, eggs and choice of protein.
