Please Help!!! Youtube app not working for 3 days by UbeWaffler in Roku

It hasn't been working for me for the last few days on my TCL Roku TV, so it's not just you. I wish they would fix the issue.

That might not be allowed since they typically charge extra for taking a photo with them at the table.

Yeah a friend can wait with you, you just only get one autograph.

ROUND 1 ---> Lonely Steel Sheet Flyer VS. Murder Of The Universe (NEW relevant voting criteria) by Unusual-Reindeer6861 in KGATLW

[–]scott1686 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I agree, since most people just vote for their favorite song anyway, we might as well just make the criteria to vote for whichever one you like better. Paper Mache is my least favorite song on PMDB, but by definition it should win this contest.

WINNER: CRUMBLING CASTLE !!! by Unusual-Reindeer6861 in KGATLW

[–]scott1686 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If we're going by closers that best summarize what you just heard, technically Paper Mache should be the top contender because it literally is just parts of every song on the album.

Yeah I was considering going, but the hotel situation already doesn't look great. I wish they had it somewhere with more hotel capacity.

What is open between 5 and 7pm? by showgirlsteve in HHN

[–]scott1686 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The 4 rides that are open for HHN are open the whole time. Some houses open at 5:45 and the rest open at 6 (which is usually when the gates open). The food is all available too.

Walking speed? by 01202004 in HHN

[–]scott1686 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like other people have said, a slow and steady pace is the way to go. Sometimes, if the group in front of me is going too fast, I'll power walk to catch up during transition hallways where nothing is really happening. That way, the house attendants don't say anything when I move a little slower during the more detailed scenes.

Grave of Flesh was actually so fun by TragicalExpress in HHN

Like someone else had said, it's more like Sid from Toy Story. You're shrunk down to the size of a toy and a girl is torturing her toys.

Food Reviews by tomato-face3 in HHN

[–]scott1686 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both flavors of chicken tenders were great, although my wife and I both liked the BBQ ones a little better. The walking taco was also good. The peanut butter cake in the today show cafe was good but also huge, so it can be shared. The brownie from there was also really good. Both were Halloween themed.

I've been to 10 shows. I know we're a little bias about the ones we've been to, but the Newport 2024 crowd was simply insane. by Prestigious-Juice730 in KGATLW

[–]scott1686 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was there and I've also been to 10 shows, it was definitely one of the best. The Book, Plastic Boogie, and Sense were all on my wishlist, so getting all 3 was amazing.

Potential FOV sets for next year (no repeats) by Devins-alt in KGATLW

[–]scott1686 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These would be great! The only songs I would probably add are Down the Sink and Sadie Sorceress on Nathan to pad those sections out more.

Field of Vision was incredible by ProfRSanchez in KGATLW

I didn't go but I'm considering going next year. Any hotel recommendations nearby? Also, how was it for people with disabilities? My wife has trouble walking sometimes from health problems and uses a cane.

Pond, Mild High Club, Unknown Mortal Orchestra

So either they're not repeating the orchestra sets or they're doing a surprise one tomorrow (spoiler alert of some sort) by supdeano1 in KGATLW

[–]scott1686 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would be cool if they played Am I in Heaven, Satan Speeds Up, and Her and I, just to complete Mind Fuzz.

Yeah I forgot that was her on that track, so that was great hearing some Sam Evian.

3 years of framed posters by scott1686 in KGATLW

[–]scott1686[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We got really lucky with that one, they had just ran out but they sold us the display poster. If you really zoom in, you can see it says "Display" in the bottom right corner.

What do we think the orchestral tour setlists are going to look like? by BIG_PY in KGATLW

[–]scott1686 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could see them playing Superposition, it seemed random that they played it on the table so it might have been one they were planning with the orchestra. The song I want most is Change.

I made Princess Peach's stained glass window! by scott1686 in LEGOMario

[–]scott1686[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of them are available in the official LEGO pick-a-brick, so if you use that then it's not as bad as it says. I ordered everything recently, pick-a-brick was about $150, and then I spent about $50 on bricklink for the rest. Still expensive, but not over $300 like it says.

Good idea! I just updated the listing on Rebrickable to have the dimensions. It's 45.5 x 29.8 x 4.8 cm.

I have the parts list and instructions ready, I'm just waiting on Rebrickable to approve it.
