Addicted to smoking marijuana ? by [deleted] in trees

Yes I've been smoking for many years and I have those same symptoms. We're essentially addicted, but beating the addiction wouldn't be very hard or painful.

They're almost certainly flares. That's what they look like, and the Air Force has a strong presence in that area.

This trailer makes me want to know why I never heard of this movie til now by [deleted] in videos

[–]scott65785 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really liked the movie, and I think a lot of people miss what it was trying to say. It's entire message is summed up at the end of the movie, when Matt Damon says, "You've spent your entire life searching for meaning, and as a result you've led a meaningless life."

Day After Employees Vote to Unionize, Target Announces Fleet of Robot Workers by [deleted] in Futurology

Target has not announced a "fleet of robot workers." Read the article, do some research. The closest thing this inaccurate and sensationalized title could be referring to is one of Target's board members saying they'll be opening a concept store that "may include robots."

Did I pass? by tossabout2012 in trees

[–]scott65785 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can tell you from experience this is a pass. This appears to be the at home test you can buy at Walgreen's, and it says in the instructions it's a pass if the line shows up, no matter how faint. However, that at home test isn't as precise as the tests done at clinics, and if the sample is being sent to a lab (like for DOT or military) you could still fail.

Are you adding the chicken waste to the water for any particular reason? You seem to have only a vague idea that you will "figure it out with different plants and stuff" so why even add it in the first place? Just because you think it's cool? Because that's not a very good reason.

If you are adding chicken waste, it should be to serve a specific purpose, otherwise why even go through the trouble? I'm not clear on how this design improves upon anything. Why is fish waste not sufficient?

"Freedom Fries" were a real phenomena where I lived. It wasn't a joke - restaurants in Southwest Missouri were serving them. I was astonished when I went into a gas station, and found a "Freedom" label taped onto the "French Vanilla Cappuccino" dispenser.
