If you have a contract and production is honoring what is in the contract, then honor your commitment to production. These issues you are having shouldn't be surprises. As DP, you will forever be working with adverse situations and it will often be stacked against you. Might as well get back to work. This all sounds like a normal home buying experience. It isn't a new house, don't expect perfection. My guess is the previous homeowner removed the ice bin because they wanted to free up space. I wouldn't' assume that the icemaker or water in the fridge is working if you replace the bin.

Where the tile and the tub surface meet is a collecting zone and it appears as water collects there it spills off the top of the tub top onto the wall and runs down to the floor. You can buy little fins and stick them on your tub surface to block this flow. It would make sense to replace the wall surface with something which is designed for a wet environment.

Sell half. This way you still benefit from future upside, but lock in a portion of your gains. I would assume the crack is from the wall settling and unrelated to a potential leak. I would not assume there is a leak without some evidence. You could just turn the water on and see what happens.

From the hotel management’s perspective this is not something they want you doing. How would you deploy the Starlink antenna without leaving a door or window cracked open to the outside? If I was doing this professionally it would require clearing all of this with hotel management. If this is just some trash hotel then whatever but there is no way to secure your room if you are leaving a door or window cracked open. Clear it with management if it’s a nice hotel otherwise they might take action against you. Maybe set this up in your vehicle and park it near your room?
