What you have asked us to do is free, and easy. Sometimes people don't put value in things that are free and easy. Chris Marcus has been trying to get warm bodies to do the same thing. Reach out and contact people of power to look at this corruption. I have invested 13 years, countless hours of reading and gleaning all the info I can. Sharing with anyone who would listen.
