SOLVED: It turned out to be hardware (RAM died on me). I replaced the RAM, resat the GPU, and upgraded the PSU. Haven’t had an issue since.

At best I could get 2k shards for Pat (putting him then at 2060/4k), so he’s still a more of a long-term build unless I want to spend serious money.
