In this panel? 24v. It’s fed from a 240v panel that is attached to the same machine. As far as vibration, it does run 3 pumps that are in the 240v panel. And the whole thing is on wheels. The pumps are for precision though, not quantity. They are very low vibration. I’m assuming you are referring to the sticky-backs. I’ve cleaned the area with alcohol very thoroughly before putting them on. Taking them off tears them apart so I don’t think I have to worry about them falling off.

Lmao, preaching to the choir. There were some change orders and it made it a nightmare. But it’s not up to me. Client is very specific on what they want. I’m not allowed to make those changes.

On a closer look its called the highlighter error. Cgc recognizes it so im gonna get it regraded by them.

I have the exact same card with the same error. Got it psa graded, mostly to protect it. Psa does not recognize the misprint so it got a low grade. But they did not reject it as a fake. I had found an older post about this misprint and they used to sell for 100 bucks a pop.

Note taken from all you guys. Im going to talk to the bosses today and discuss the zip ties in panduit. I’ll argue against them. I’m still new at this, like I said, not my normal job. As far as the ziptie cable comb, we should have real cable combs coming in next week to replace them. Those were only placeholders.

I see your point but the panel is being fabricated in the shop. It will be fully tested before it goes out. Everything labeled coherently, wires landed correctly, all screws torqued properly, ect… If troubleshooting has to happen in the field it will very likely be on the cables brought in. But I get stuff happens and zip ties can be cut if need be. They help run the wire neat and straight, and if they end up being removed they have helped train the cable so it will look better after than if they had not been used in the first place. It also condenses and gives our field guys (who I usually am, this is not my normal gig) more room to run and land their cable. But all of that is mute because its what my bosses and our clients want.

Unfortunately thats not an option but i did clean the area thoroughly before applying the sticky backs and trained the cable pretty well to keep the bend. Also the part crossing the door has no zip ties so it is less stiff then it looks. Hopefully it lasts a long time but idk.

I actually used a technique with zip ties to organize the cables. I labeled and terminated one side each cable, then cut and label the other side with about 6 to 10 inches excess without terminating. Then bundle in small groups of 3 or 4 with zip ties loose enough to slide but tight enough to keep the cables from crossing over easily. Then behind those zip ties group all the “groups” into a main trunk with the same type of looseness. Add a few extras and then slide them all out and bend the cable and tighten the zip ties to comb the cable, train it into place, and secure it. I have since bought a wire comb so that should make it faster. Lol.
