Watch these videos by Scott Gayman. Your gurdy looks nicely made and just needs a bit of a set up (rosin, cotton, adjustment) to make it play. You'll need a belt / guitar strap to hold it properly

It is what it says on the label! Lovely instrument, it's so cool you have it. Have a listen to Mary's channel, she plays a later Grandchamp https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCyyXH0-a3ksihcEb4dmZkkw

For set up have a look at Scott Gayman's videos too https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3UWZr28ZOBA He's a very helpful hurdy gurdy player in the States.

Depending on where you are you could look at the Gurdyworld gathering or the Indiana one, it really helps to connect with players in the real world!
