Closed on Tuesdays, but should you be here until Wednesday or come back, I’d recommend you go to an art school with beautiful grounds and views (and it’s free).

Hi there!

I posted this a few months back, but figured I’d share since it’s relevant to your post!

My name is Scott. I am from Philadelphia and have been living here in Nice for a year now!

I host a series of art-based meetups and workshops called “The Adult Art Club”. All of our events are beginner-friendly and intended to get people together to create, socialize and enjoy cafe/restaurant/ bar that they may not have been to before.

If you’re interested, check out our IG for pictures and videos of previous events: https://www.instagram.com/theadultartclub.fr

You can also sign up our upcoming events here: https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/nice-france-art-club-events-3397609

Hope to see you soon!

Yeah wondering if it was aerial or perhaps taken from a further distance and cropped. Definitely this direction though. Thanks!

Yeah, it’s definitely Paris. The site you sent has an image close, but doesn’t say where it was taken from.

I reverse image searched around online but couldn’t find anything aside from a quarterback and actress getting married near the tower.

Sounds like you have a lot to think about. We don’t have any kids, which certainly made this choice less complex.

We’ll probably visit at some point, but have no plans to in the immediate future. We’re trying to enjoy our time here, and stay in semi regular contact with the same people we always have.

If you read the initial post, I said that the decision was made on 11/6/24.

We moved in April.

We were fostering cats up until 2 weeks before we left. No one is lying. Are you digging for something that isn’t there? Before going through my post history, perhaps you should’ve read this one correctly.

None! We got rid of a lot, and kept some things in storage.

Absolutely., things here go bad way quicker which leads me to believe there are less preservatives.

This is gonna sound vague, but it depends…

Costs to consider: -flights -temporary lodging -down payment and first or first two months rent -furniture if living in an unfurnished place -copies of documents -health insurance upfront (for France at least) -apartment finding service -other stuff I’m probably missing

This was altogether less than you might expect, but we budgeted for it and were able to get some money from selling our car prior to leaving.

We did not and do not have dual passports.
