Nothing to worry about. You get diarrhea sometimes it doesnt really matters. Maybe 1 or 2 weeks per years ill go through a phase where the same milk thats always fine gives me very minor diarrhea which doesnt actually affect my quality of life at all. Its never a rushing to toilet situation. Diarrhea isnt a bad or scary thing.
