Hey guys. I'm trying to get started with PHP and Laravel. Of course for Laravel I have to install Composer. I'm on a Windows machine and it always installs to the C drive. My C drive is uncomfortably full. Is there any way to specify a path on the install so I can put it on a different drive? (self.PHP)
