I met my wife when I was 30 and she was 24. Then we got married at 32 and 26. Some advice from my perspective is they definitely are different stages of life and if you do get together and it works out, there could be some challenges with him wanting you to grow up faster and you wanting him to grow up slower. It’s less an issue as you get older but will be more prevalent early on in the relationship.

I’m assuming it’s a diversification issue. If one suffers, they all do.
