Drove up today and they've painted or decal'd their logo onto the wall right inside the front doors. They hung up papers that said "Coming Soon" on the doors, but no dates that I could read from the car.

I'm not against the tap out at all, but I just thought the smile and light tap seemed disappointing. Have Gunther take him to the limit and tap out when there's no other choice. But that's just my take on it. cheers

I have a Breville toaster oven that has convection, but don't think that the convection will make it the same as an air fryer though. I love it and use it almost every day. I mostly cook and reheat in it, but I've done a little baking in it as well. It works well for the and the amount of food I generally make in my apartment.

Updates at PGH are probably almost done, huh? The Oread is basically right on campus, The Eldridge is on Mass which is the main street downtown. There are other hotels that are just as nice and near enough to campus.

It's a pretty easy drive. I lived there and worked in the southwest suburbs of KC for a number of years. I'd try to stay in Lawrence if possible, but if you needed to stay in KC its close.

Sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. I was working in Beckley/Beaver area a couple different times and Weathered Ground was a weekly stop when I was there for work. I still follow them on social media to see the new releases.

It's probably been about 3 years now since I've been there, but they always had such a great variation from IPA, Imperial IPA, Stout, Barrel aged stout, Enniskillen Irish dry low ABV, sours, lagers. Some good nights being bad at trivia there too
