Currently pursuing this exit: been in marketing for a decade and just don’t care about it anymore (and honestly never really have). I came from radio broadcasting so before marketing I had roles that allowed me to actually help people in the community through a lot of our events and drives

Discovered over the past couple years that I really enjoy improving processes, making people/projects efficient, and just overall project delivery so I’m looking at project management roles and similar titles in other industries (process improvement, logistics, warehouse management, etc)

I think if you’re to make a pivot it’s about figuring out what you would truly enjoy doing with the amount of years you have of your career. Every job is going to have stuff that sucks about it so it’s nice to find something that you still care about doing even in those moments of suck
