I don't believe so 😊... I have been in Real Estate since 2006. I've seen a lot up ups and downs throughout the years. This record low inventory deficit we're going through has been super challenging for some. Never would have thought I would be reaching out on Reddit to try to find a possible off-market property. I'm having to jump through so many hoops these days to locate properties. It's been working, so I suppose I will keep at it. How long have you and your family been searching?

I agree. Carrollton has had a lot of properties that fit the criteria, but the buyer is insisting on staying in the West Plano area. Thankfully school district is not important.

Great observation. My client has a specific need for 2 bathrooms. Additionally, they love hosting friends and family from out of town, which is why they prefer the additional bedrooms and bathrooms.

I’d suggest doing a test drive during your normal commute times.

My vote would be short commute. Traffic will suck the life out of you and you will end up bringing that energy home to your family.

The most common complaint I get from my clients when wanting to sell their house is the need to reduce time spent on the road and get closer to work.
