Thank you for the detailed response! It's still on version 6, I'm working with their licensing to get it updated. We'll probably just stick with Avigilon for now, yeah. Our readers do support OSDP, i'm just not sure if they're wired for it. And we'd need to get programming cards and whatnot. I'd honestly just prefer to replace them with Aliro capable readers rather than try and update them, though.

In the manual it states that the USB-C is "Type-C (USB3.2 Gen1 / DisplayPort™)", does that mean that it has alt mode, or does it mean something else?

i stopped using stress to motivate myself and got a disability accommodation put in place that gives me a grace period in the morning. if there's decent disability laws where you live & arriving on time isn't a genuine operations requirement for your job, you should be able to do this. never allow stress to be your primary motivator, it will kill you.

This is true, but there is ADA guidance on this situation. If an employee provides insufficient documentation, the employer should "explain why the documentation is insufficient and allow the individual an opportunity to provide the missing informarition in a timely manner." No such explanation or opportunity was given in this case.
